Before: The upper jawbone was slacking down. The lower jawbone was spread apart on the left and twisted toward the right. The whole face was rather long and the right brow, eye, and mouth corner were all higher than the left, creating a very asymmetrical look of the face. After: The slacking upper jawbone was brought closer and lifted up and the lower jawbone was pushed in toward the center, especially from the left side. The jaw, which was twisted toward the right, was brought back to the center. Also, the right-hand side of the face, which was generally higher than the left-hand side of the face, was brought down. Looking shorter, the face became more sculptural and balanced. The facial features became more pronounced as well.
